How far apart should they be set? A: The BasketCase is prone to some size variations. Because of this, and since permanent installations are unforgiving, it is strongly recommended that a BasketCase be purchased and used as a template to ensure proper placement. Q: Will I need to mount the BasketCase length-wise or width-wise? A: That depends on how far apart your crossbars are and that depends on your vehicle.
