Q: Which bike mounts can I use with Universal MightyMounts? A: Cobra and King Cobra, Raptor, Lockjaw, and GT mounts will work. Anklebiters do not work with Universal MightyMounts! Q: Which boat mounts can I use with Universal MightyMounts? A: HullRaiser, Mako Saddles, Hully Roller, Land Shark, Multi-Mounts, and the older Hoop-style Kayak Stackers will work. Post-style Kayak Stackers do not work with Universal MightyMounts! Q: Which ski mounts can I use with Universal MightyMounts? A: LiftTicket 4, LiftTicket 6, Big Powderhound SE, and PowderHound SE. Q: Why wona t the fork style bike mounts (Viper, SteelHead, etc.) work with Universal MightyMounts? A: The headpieces of fork style bike mounts are molded to fit directly on the load bar, and cannot be adapted with MightyMounts. In many cases Yakima crosssbars can be mounted in lieu of the factory original crossbars to give the required strength and compatibility for fork style mounts. Q: The listing for my car says I can only carry skis, but not bikes or boats....why? A: While most factory racks are capable of carrying skis, not all racks are capable of supporting bikes without damage to, or failure of the rack. Q: How many MightyMounts do I need? A: They come in boxed sets of 4. This is enough to mount a BasketCase or one upright style bike mount. Q: How many bikes can I carry on my factory rack using MightyMounts? A: Please refer to the Fit List for specific details on your vehicle. Q: How much can I carry? A: Follow the Fit List or your ownera s manual for your racka s weight limit.
